About Our Services PrimeEdge Roofing provides roofing services in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the surrounding Pinellas County area, including roof repair, roof replacement, tile and metal roofing, flat roofing, skylight installation and repair, leak detection, flashing repair, and emergency tarping. When you submit a request through the Site, we coordinate your estimate, scheduling, and project completion. Roofing work is performed by licensed and insured contractors in accordance with Florida law.
3. Estimates and Pricing All estimates and roof inspections are provided free of charge and create no obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract before work begins. If hidden damage, such as decking rot, is discovered after work starts, we will notify you and obtain your approval before any additional work is performed.
4. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Weather Scheduling depends on weather conditions, material availability, and permit approval. We may need to reschedule work due to severe weather. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Emergency Services Emergency tarping is a temporary measure designed to prevent further water damage until permanent repairs can be completed. It is not a permanent repair and is not a substitute for one.
6. Warranties Workmanship warranties are provided in writing by the installing contractor and vary by service type. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as shingles, tile, and metal panels are separate and are issued by the manufacturer. We explain all applicable warranty terms before work begins.
7. Your Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, ensure safe access to the property at scheduled times, and notify us of any known hazards on the property.
